  2. thanks for such a well-documented post; the review is welcome because the keto diet seems very good for those who want to lose weight in a healthy way, eating only healthy foods, eliminating pasta and other foods that are not healthy; but I find it hard to give up the meat lol

    1. Hi Carmen! Meat is hard to give up. I did it slowly. It took me about a year to be completely off. I started by not eating red meat and only fish and chicken. I then cut out the chicken and just kept the seafood. I am now on seafood, veggie, and fruit. Since this is a lifestyle change for me it’s not really a diet. I feel so much better and a lot lighter. My internal systems work smoothly, skin cleared up, energy level boosted, and I have more clarity and focus of thought.

  3. the keto diet is the right plan for who is really looking for a quick result, something that really works!  a diet made of a low-carb diet are always the most effective weight loss plans. not to talk of the numerous benefit for the entire body. I tried many diet plans, this seems to be working for me

    I came across a lot of ads and posts promoting Keto diet and I wanted to do some research about it and found your review post super helpful. When it comes to weight loss there are numerous programs and products claiming they can help you to loss weight but many under-delivers. But when I did my own research I strongly believe keto diet is the best option to go with.

    Very recently I learned about the importance of keeping our body in ketosis by following a ketogenic or low-carb diet to lose weight. Zucchini to replace pasta is a great idea and will try it. The benefits of keto diet is amazing and I believe this will help me to reduce my belly fat and also it will lead to live a healthy life.

    This a wonderful post. This is a good explanation on how to burn fat through the keto diet. I will say that losing weight is a difficult task for me. For years I have tried to get back to my desired shape but to no avail. I will try the vita fit health and also try to maintain the vegetables and seafood as mention in your post.

    1. Hi Pat! Veggies and seafood plus fruit is my basic diet. I’ve gone from a size 14 to a size 4 just by cutting out meat and a lot of my carbs as this diet subscribes. I do not consider it a diet but a lifestyle change. I think that’s the reason for it working so well. “Diet” seems so restrictive. Lol
