  • 3 tbs. butter
  • 4 fillets
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 c scallions chopped
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • Lemon zest
  • 1-2 slices of ginger

  • Preheat oven to 500 degreesPlace butter in the baking dish, add half of your herbs, scallions and ginger slice/s. Put the dish in the oven while it's preheating and begin preparing your Walleye fillets. (KEEP your eye on it, do not let the butter burn Rinse the Walleye and pat dry with a paper towel then season both sides Take the baking dish out of the oven and place your fish skin side down, place back in the oven and baste with the butter Cook for 5-7 minutes, no more than 10 minutes or until the fillets are flaky when tested with a fork
